DKP will kick-off the weekend with a DKP Pre-Bug-in Cruise Night at Historic Main Street in Downtown Garden Grove starting at 4:00pm. On Saturday, DKP will be celebrating our 50th Anniversary at Yorba Regional Park in Anaheim starting at 10:00am, followed Sunday by the 40th running of Bug-in out at Fontana Drag strip.

FYI: We are currently revising and improving our monthly activities to better meet the VW community’s wants and needs; we are therefore putting our monthly cruise nights on hiatus for the next few months.
Instead, the club will concentrate on other VW events spread over the year, for example we plan on supporting the Cruise Nights of other SoCal VW Clubs throughout the summer among other things.
Join us for a fun afternoon driving the streets of Orange County. This is just the excuse we all need to get out and drive the cars we all love!
We had a great turnout tonight! Thank you to all of you who attended (80+ VW’s and Porsche’s) and thank you to Downtown Garden Grove for hosting the event. We ended up sharing the venue with the Hot Rods tonight with hardly a grudge match settled on GG Blvd (pretty sure they were outnumbered)! Here’s a quick photo recap of the night…

This will be a VW only event held at the longest running car show in Orange County and has plenty of restaurants and drinking establishments for your enjoyment. There is plenty of parking for everyone!
Please note that because this street is open for business daily, there can be NO early parking or reserving spots. Please respect this limitation to avoid disturbing the businesses until the street is closed off at approx. 4:00pm.
Please note: There will be $2.00 per car charged by the promoter of this Car Show. DKP does not receive any of these proceeds.
